3. Lock body material and processing technology:

It will rust for a long time and in a bad environment. Only austenitic stainless steel 304 will not rust. The general processing technology is precision casting or powder metallurgy. Precision casting has good strength and good electroplating performance, but the size consistency is poor and the price is high. The powder metallurgy has poor strength and poor electroplating, but the size is the same and the price is low.
2 Aluminum or aluminum alloy, ordinary aluminum alloy (except for aerospace use) is soft and light, and the material strength is lower. The processing technology is casting or profile. Easy to process and shape. But the carrying capacity is relatively low.

Compared with stainless steel, zinc alloy materials have much worse strength and rust resistance, but higher than aluminum alloys. The processing technology is die-casting processing.
