What are the installation requirements for parking guidance systems in parking lots?

The parking lot guidance system is an intelligent parking lot management system aimed at improving the efficiency and management level of parking lots. The system achieves real-time monitoring of parking spaces and guidance of vehicles by installing parking detectors, guidance displays, and controllers in the parking lot.

Equipment installation requirements

Installation of Parking Space Detector: Each parking space should be equipped with a parking space detector, and the induction coil of the detector should be perpendicular to the parking space line, ensuring that the coil is not less than 50cm away from the edge of the parking space. The installation position of the detector should avoid interference and metal obstacles to reduce false alarms and omissions.

Installation of guide display screen: The guide display screen should be installed in a prominent position near the entrance and exit of the parking lot, so that the driver can see it before entering the parking lot. The controller should be equipped with necessary power and network interfaces, and wired and configured according to the instructions.

Requirements for Line Layout

Power line: The power line should use voltage resistant and corrosion-resistant wires, generally using RVV or BVV cables. Power lines should be routed along walls or columns to avoid laying them on the ground.

Network line: The network line should use 8-core or above multimode optical fiber or Category 5e Ethernet cable to ensure the stability and speed of data transmission. Network lines should avoid crossing metal obstacles and power lines as much as possible to reduce interference and signal attenuation.

Signal line: Signal lines should use wires with good shielding performance, such as RVVP or SYV cables. Signal lines should be routed along walls or columns, avoiding laying them on the ground. During the wiring process, attention should be paid to avoiding signal lines crossing or parallel wiring with other lines to reduce interference.

Debugging and acceptance requirements

System debugging: After the installation of the equipment is completed, the system should be debugged to ensure that all devices are working properly. During the debugging process, the parameters of the parking space detector, guidance display screen, and controller should be set and adjusted to achieve optimal working conditions.

Functional testing: After the system debugging is completed, the system's functions should be tested, including parking monitoring, vehicle guidance, and data statistics. During the testing process, the response speed, accuracy, and stability of the system should be evaluated to ensure that it meets the design requirements.

Acceptance criteria: After the system testing is completed, the system should be accepted according to the contract and technical requirements. The acceptance criteria should include requirements for the functionality, stability, and reliability of the system. During the acceptance process, the operational status of the system should be recorded and evaluated, and any existing problems should be promptly addressed and improved.

Training and Training Records: After the system acceptance is completed, training should be provided to the users, including training on operation and maintenance. During the training process, training records should be kept and feedback and suggestions from users should be collected in order to continuously improve and perfect the system.

Other requirements

Safety requirements: During installation and debugging, attention should be paid to safety requirements, including protection of equipment and safe operation of personnel. During the installation process, strict inspection and testing should be carried out on the wiring of the equipment to avoid short circuits or overloads.

Environmental requirements: During installation and commissioning, attention should be paid to environmental requirements and the impact on the environment should be minimized as much as possible. In equipment selection and material selection, products and technical indicators that meet environmental standards such as low energy consumption, low noise, and low radiation should be selected. At the same time, relevant environmental regulations and rules should be followed during the construction process to reduce pollution and damage to the environment.

Maintenance and upkeep: During use, the system should be regularly maintained and serviced to ensure its normal operation and service life.
