Remote assist reset face recognition machine password for iraq customer

Problem:

The client take the face recognition machine one years ago and few days ago he came back to us and say the machine can detect nothing

Action:

Once i saw the client have problem and in my mind the first things to do all the best to help so that i accept the mr rakesh ,s teamviewer remote assist reuqest and checked to find that the pc and the machine is in the sample lan and can ping throuh also but once log into the software yes it was detecting nothing.

After i thoughT for a while and i notice that when lat time i did the wiring and debuging help for national vision ltd they have changed the password so i can sure that the problem happened is because password invalid.

Solution:

One day latter i arranged our database engineer to reset the password by remote assist to rewrite the program.

and it was working again
