1. Fixing of the toll machine

The installation must ensure the stability of the machine. Here we need to place the chassis on the location to be installed according to the specific conditions of the site environment, open the box door after confirming that there is no error, mark the screw installation position on the fixing hole with a pencil, and remove the toll machine after marking. , Use Ф14 impact drill bit to make fixing screws, and then use Ф12 expansion screw to fix the gate, here we should pay attention to install the gasket and spring washer, and fix the charging machine. Finally, clean the charging machine, wipe the equipment with a cotton cloth, and the fixed installation of the charging machine is completed.

Second, the wiring of the toll machine

After the chassis is fixed, the next step is to wire. The wiring should be carried out according to the wiring diagram. I won't say much here, but only some other details.

The inner line identification of the chassis should be clear, if it is not clear, it needs to be re-identified;
The length of the ruler line should reserve a margin line of about 1 meter;
First press the wire that covers the wire nose, and then connect it to the terminal of the chassis according to the wiring diagram;
Finally, check whether the connection with the chassis port is correct, and whether the terminals are tightened;

After these two steps, the installation of the charging machine is completed. However, in order to make the machine stable and lightning-proof, there are two points to pay attention to: 1. During the wiring process, be sure to connect the power line and signal line such as control line and communication line. Lay separately and cover the line pipe.
2. In terms of lightning protection, the grounding terminal of the charging machine must be in good contact with the power supply ground, as should the shielding layer of the communication line.
