Operation steps of multi-card door opening

The usage scenarios are as follows:
Scenario 1: A factory stipulates that when the warehouse is shipped, any two people, the pick-up personnel and the warehouse clerk, should be present and open the door by swiping the card at the same time.
Scenario 2: In order to ensure the safety of the computer room, a company requires the network administrator and the supervisor (or above) to swipe the card to open the door when entering the computer room.
Note: Only 8 groups of card swiping personnel can be set at most
