First card open door setting step

The usage scenario is as follows: A company goes to work at 8:00 am from Monday to Friday, and only after swiping the card at the front desk can others swipe the card to pass. After get off work at 18:00 pm, only the front desk can swipe the card to open the door, and no one else is allowed to swipe the card to pass.
