In a complete Sintronic parking ticketing system, the workflow follows: Card Reader → Parking Terminal → Management Host → Barrier Gate Controller. The card reader completes physical credential reading before passing valid data to upper‑level hardware for logic judgment. The full‑cycle operation includes entry processing and exit processing.

1. Vehicle entry processWhen a vehicle pulls up to the parking entrance, ground loop detector triggers the parking ticketing terminal to activate the built‑in card reader.

• For monthly / registered users: The driver taps or inserts the authorized IC/RFID card near the reader sensing zone. The reader captures unique card ID and transmits this data to the parking management host. The host checks whether this card is within valid validity period. If verification passes, it sends a signal to lift the entrance barrier gate, meanwhile logging entry timestamp and vehicle information into the system database.

• For temporary visitors: Instead of card swiping, the driver presses the button on the ticket machine, and the terminal dispenses a temporary IC parking card. The card reader writes entry‑time data onto this new card. After the driver takes the temporary card, the barrier gate opens for vehicle entry.

2. Vehicle exit processAt the exit lane, the card reader will re‑read credentials when the driver presents their card.
