1、 Working principle of security checkpoint
Principle: A sine wave oscillation of 3.5-4.95M is generated by a crystal oscillator, which is divided into a sine wave of about 7.6K by a frequency divider. After power amplification by a transistor and coil, it is input into the large coil of the door panel (zone 7) for electromagnetic wave emission, and received by the coils in zones 1-6 inside the door. After receiving, the received signal was compared with the reference signal. If any changes were found, the output level of the acquisition card was changed. The CPU scanned the data from six acquisition cards within 280 milliseconds to determine the location of the metal and output the display.
Structure: 1. Door panel structure: composed of one large coil, six small coils, compensation coils, and graphite. 2. Chassis structure: security door.
Workflow during detection: CPU detection → one set of infrared is blocked → detect whether the data of each acquisition card has changed → alarm → detect another set of infrared → reset and re detect.
2、 How to install and debug security gates
1. Raise the entire security checkpoint, connect the power, turn on the switch inside the host, and the indicator light will turn on. You can start the debugging work below.
2. Correct assembly is the first step to ensure the later debugging of the security gate. If it is not assembled in place, it may not be used or metal objects may not be detected. Firstly, connect the top host to the door frame. Usually, security doors are plug and play and can be directly fixed with screws.
3. Connect the signal and power lines of the door frames on both sides to the corresponding sockets of the host. Do not install them in the opposite direction to avoid affecting the subsequent detection and judgment.
4. At this point, users can carry some metal items such as keys, mobile phones, etc. through the security checkpoint for testing. If an alarm sounds, it indicates that the security checkpoint is ready for use.
5. Press the location button on the host panel with the remote control, and the corresponding indicator light will flash, indicating that the host has received the signal normally and entered the working state.
