What is the wiring requirements of parking system

 DOWNLOAD

There are two aspects to pay attention to in the installation and wiring of the parking lot system, one is the selection of the line pipe, and the other is the process of the pipe layout. Let's explain them one by one.

1. Selection of the line pipe of the parking lot system

1. The choice of the pipe size. The size of the wire tube is selected according to the number of wires to be passed. If the wire to be worn is relatively small, the wire tube can be selected to be smaller. Generally, the diameter of the wire to be worn should not be greater than 70% of the diameter of the wire tube.
2. Selection of line pipe material for parking lot system.

The parking lot generally uses PVC line pipe as the main line pipe, because PVC line pipe is economical and practical, anti-corrosion, suitable for use in places that do not bear mechanical loads.

If the wiring area needs to bear mechanical loads or is required to be fireproof, anti-electromagnetic wave and anti-high-frequency signal interference places, such as roads passing through vehicles, etc., it is necessary to use steel pipes for wiring, and pvc can not stand the heavy pressure. When using steel pipes, it should be noted that steel pipes should not be used in corrosive environments.

Second, the parking lot system layout

1. The buried PVC is divided into indoor buried and outdoor buried. It is buried indoors at 30mm below the protective layer, while the outdoor PVC pipe should be buried at a depth of about 100mm, and the outlet should be higher than 5CM, and it should be placed at the end of the pipe head. Bend back to prevent water from entering the pipe.
2. The power lines and signal lines should be routed separately, in different conduits, and required to be arranged in parallel, in order to avoid signal interference.
3. In order to facilitate future maintenance and expansion, pay attention to the following points.

i) The turning of the line pipe should be avoided as much as possible. If it is unavoidable, the turning radius should be greater than 90 degrees and should be as large as possible.
ii) At the same time of convenience, it is recommended to wear 12-gauge iron wire in each line pipe at the same time to facilitate future maintenance
d) Conduit or trunking for indoor wiring:
i) It should be horizontal and vertical, avoid crossing as much as possible, and branch lines and joints should not be affected by external forces
ii) The inclination of horizontal or vertical trunking or pipes shall not be greater than 3mm/m;
iii) Straight pipe wiring is required to be naturally straight, with a pipe clamp fixed every 1.5 meters, the joints are firm, and the beams and columns should be kept parallel to them.
