What is parking guidance system?

The system consists of three parts, namely data acquisition system, central processing system, and output display system.
data collection system
① Install an ultrasonic probe directly above each parking space (the address of the ultrasonic probe can be set according to the site conditions, starting from No. 1 in order and gradually increasing), and 8 ultrasonic probes are connected to a probe controller through the RS485 bus; (also can be transmitted by radio frequency)
② The probe controller summarizes and processes the collected parking space status information through the RS485 bus, and then connects to the acquisition terminal through another RS485 bus. The probe controller can also control the parking space lights and parking space status lights according to the collected parking space information. Up to 16 probe controllers (the address of the probe controller can also be set according to the site conditions, starting from No. 1 in order and gradually increasing) can be connected to one acquisition terminal;
③ The collection terminal transmits the parking space information collected from each probe controller to the data processing center (collection terminal numbered 1) through the CAN bus. Up to 32 acquisition terminals can be connected to the CAN bus.
④ The data processing center (the acquisition terminal numbered 1) transmits the collected data to the PC for management in real time through the serial port (RS485 bus). The PC then processes and counts the parking space information. The data processing center can also download the information to the acquisition terminal through the CAN bus, and then the acquisition terminal publishes it to the nearby empty parking space display screen by wireless or wired to guide the driver to choose the driving route. Its function analyzes the collected data and displays it on the corresponding output device.
① The data on the management PC can be used to publish the relevant data of the system through the local area network or wide area network;
② The data processing center (No. 1 acquisition terminal) can be connected to the GSM wireless MODEM to publish (transmit or receive) relevant data to the urban parking guidance system control center;
③ Release of parking space data in the parking lot: mainly adopt the method of attaching LED indicator screens at the collection terminal. These LED screens are installed at the entrance of the parking lot or at the traffic fork to indicate the driving direction and the number of empty parking spaces.
④ When the vehicle enters a specific area of the parking lot, the parking space indicator (green light for the vacant space) connected to the ultrasonic probe at the front of the parking space is installed to guide the parking person to park the car in a specific parking space. [2]

It consists of a display screen and a guide board. How do parking guidance system work?

vehicle entry process

After the car is in charge of the card or the card is picked up through the automatic card dispensing machine, the system will first perform identity authentication (legality, validity period, etc.), Then start the camera to capture the whole vehicle image and the partial vehicle image suitable for license plate recognition, apply the license plate recognition technology to identify the license plate number from the captured partial vehicle image, convert the graphic information into a text signal, and then the system automatically assigns it according to the predefined rules. One parking space, and then prompt the owner of the allocated parking space through the entrance LED display screen and the sound effect output of the voice module at the same time. Finally, the system records the entry process in the database, opens the gate, and activates the vehicle guidance system in the field. .
2) Send the license plate number and driving direction information identified from the local car picture captured when entering the venue to the LED guidance screen corresponding to the driving line of the parking space in the venue for display. When the vehicle enters, the owner will follow the direction indicated on the LED guidance screen. Drive and guide the vehicle to the allocated parking space;
3) During the driving process, when the vehicle drives onto the geomagnetic detector, the street lighting control module immediately triggers and turns on the corresponding in-field lighting street lamps according to the preset settings. When the vehicle leaves the geomagnetic detector, the control module will delay for a certain period of time. Time to automatically turn off lighting street lights;
4) After the parking space detector detects that the vehicle has entered the parking space, the system updates the parking space occupancy status, and immediately synchronizes the electronic map or updates the large LED parking lot simulation display; in addition, it can also control the light line guidance system, open the parking space lock or Application of functions such as parking lights. vehicle exit process
When the vehicle leaves the field, also when the vehicle drives onto the geomagnetic detector, the street light lighting control module will trigger the corresponding lighting street lights in the field.
